Hey Neighbor! I am Channah Galbraith, Realtor at The American Dream North Florida. I was born, raised and live in God's Country of Madison County and reside part time in Steinhatchee where the scallops are plentiful and the Gulf breeze is perfect.

I have a Master's degree from Florida State University, GO NOLES, in Education/Reading. I have taught school for 22 years and have been an unlicensed assistant to a top producing Real Estate Agent. I love my communities and area so much I want to share with you the dream of owning land or a home in my hometowns!

My husband Butch and I love to hunt, fish and airboat (really anything outside) together with our two children Trey (16) and Kerrington (12).
